Our Policies are compiled in the Preschool Handbook and reviewed annually by our Board of Directors.

Registration & Fees
Licensing requires that children attending Didsbury Preschool be a minimum of 36 months of age and potty trained (able to attend to themselves).

A non-refundable Registration Fee of $85 is required at the time of pre-registration for each child entering the preschool program at anytime during the school year. This is non-refundable. Please read our Preschool Handbook for details on withdrawing your child.

Privacy Protection
The Preschool operates under the regulations of the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). All personal information is kept in a locked area on the Preschool premises.

Class Cancellations
From time to time, classes may have to cancelled or cut short, whether due to teacher illness, severe weather, or other uncontrollable reasons. Due to licensing and insurance policies, these are not made up, however, you will be ensured 53 classes for the two-day per week program or 23 classes for those registered in the one day per week program.

Please be sure to check daily temperatures as sometimes classes are cancelled at the last minute due to Alberta's winter temperatures. Tune into CK-FM 96.5 FM Radio or Rock 104.5 FM for the latest school closures in the Chinook's Edge region.

Please read our Preschool Handbook for a complete list of the School Policies.
